7. Disputes

7.1 In the event of any dispute arising from your use of drgenevieveburnett.com or these terms (Dispute), you must first give us written notice of the Dispute setting out the details of your concerns. Within 30 days of receiving your notice, I will use reasonable efforts to attempt to respond to you and resolve the Dispute.

7.2 If you are not satisfied with my response after that 30-day period and you still require resolution of the Dispute, you agree you must submit and participate in mediation of the Dispute in accordance with and subject to the Resolution Institute’s Mediation Rules. The mediation is to be conducted by a mediator appointed by agreement of the parties or, failing agreement, by a mediator appointed by the Resolution Institute.

7.3 A party may not commence proceedings in respect of a Dispute unless the Dispute is not settled within 7 days after the mediation has taken place or such other time as the parties agree in writing.

8. Miscellaneous

8.1 These terms are governed by and must be construed in accordance with the laws of New South Wales. You agree that the courts of New South Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with these terms or its subject matter.

8.2 If any provision of these terms is prohibited, invalid or unenforceable in any jurisdiction in which drgenevieveburnett.com is used, that provision will, in that jurisdiction, be ineffective to the extent of the prohibition, invalidity or enforceability without invalidating the remaining provisions of these terms.
